Which areas do you cover?
We cover all of Edinburgh and the Lothians from our base in Dalkeith.
Can we still use the bathroom while you work?
The room is out of use from strip-out to final fit. If it is the only bathroom in the house, we plan around that: you have a working WC every day, and we tell you at survey which days will be tightest.
Do you handle plumbing, tiling, electrics, joinery and decoration?
Yes, all of it is ours to manage. We bring in the trades your room needs and run them to our programme, so nothing falls between them and there is one person to call.
What does the quote include?
Everything in the agreed design: the suite, all materials, labour and waste removal.
Can you supply the suite, or can we buy our own?
We supply it. Sourcing the materials ourselves means we know the quality of what goes into your room, and it allows us to provide a fully warranted installation.
